Payment Methods: We accept: all major Credit Cards. We accept international payments via PayPal (confirmed addresses only). We also accept Cashier's, Busines and Personal Checks and U.S. Postal & Bank Money Orders (NOTE: These types of payments must clear our bank before uour purchase is shipped -- usually 5 to 10 days). Please do not send cash.
FL Sales Tax: If items are being shipped to an addrss located within the State of Florida, we will automatically add 7% to the price of the item to pay for Florida Sate Sales Tax.
Shipping & Handling / Insurance: We reserve the right to ship items via any carrier we deem appropriate (such as USPS, FedEx or UPS). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and other international buyers shall pay additional S&H charges. Insurance will be added, at buyer's request or as appropriate, at the shipper's stated rate. International buyers may be required (depending on your country's import laws) to pay additional Customs, Duty and/or Broker Fees); we are not responsible to quote, or pay, for any such fees. We will, however, assist you in producing any reasonable documentation requested for this purpose.
Shipping Time: We do our very best to ship within three to five (3-5) business days of receipt of payment. Please note that some items may take longer to ship due to inventory availability or carrier's high volume may delay your receipt.
Product Availability: All sales are subject to availability. In the rare event that we cannot provide you with the purchased item(s), we will promptly refund your payment in full.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Returns, exchanges or refunds MUST be initiated within three (3) days of receiving your item(s) and MUST be pre-approved by us in writing. Approved items must be returned and arrive at our location in a similar condition as shipped. Buyer shall be responsible for all S&H (to and from) and Insurance costs, which costs are NOT refundable. Items whichare returned to us without our written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender's expense. Purchases made through auction sites of wholesale, specials price reductions or closeout listing are final sales, even if auction is associated with this website.
